Recorded in the beautiful redwood forest of Northern California, surviving on a diet of Odwalla and good vibes, an album was born. Along with a band of eleven musicians, Jesse created her debut CD, an upbeat collection of traditional and contemporary Celtic music with a laid-back West Coast flavor. The California Arts Council graciously funded the project with a Next Generation Grant, and the Community Music School supported the young musicians with the helping hand of executive producer Shelley Phillips. With the talents of such performers as piper/composer David Brewer, multi-instrumentalist George Grasso, a slew of fiddlers, and special guests like world class guitarist William Coulter, and cellist extroardinaire Barry Phillips, the CD sounded really, really cool. And they all lived happily ever after.

Featuring A Summer of 7/8's, Inis Oirr, The Snows They Melt the Soonest, Sourgrass and Granite and other audience favorites. Click to hear a sample mp3: Humours of Ballyloughlin, played by Jesse (piano), Bill (guitar), George (flute), Theo Paige (fiddle), and Shelley (egg).

This Christmas concert is Yuletide in miniature, from the preparation of Advent through the Twelfth Day of Christmas. Angels fly back and forth with messages, a boar's head is roasted, halls are decked. Kings and shepherds visit Jesus, friends visit friends, musicians celebrate. As the old year glides into the new, we reconsider the worth of our earthly goods. The rich reach out to the poor, and the poor give back surprising riches. Our Lady of Perpetual Help Chant Choir is: Jesse Autumn, Anne Wallace Baker, Suzanne Duval, Jane Hancock, Janet Herman, Shelley Phillips, and Debra Spencer, joined by special guests Deby Benton Grosjean, Barry Phillips and William Visscher. Featuring Cold Frosty Morning, The Other Shore, Fiddler's Hymn and G. F. Handel's Hallelujah Chorus. Produced by Barry Phillips. Click to hear a sample mp3: Lademus Virgenem Mater Est.
